Situated on the sloping
shoreline of the picturesque Gündoğan bay, the Green Beach
Resort is right by the sea in a quieter and more tranquil
part of the Bodrum Peninsula but still within reach of local
amenities. The Resort is 2km from Gündoğan village, 25km
from Bodrum centre and 45km from the airport. There is a
public shuttle service running into Gündoğan and Bodrum from
the front of the hotel and taxis are available. The resort
has its own private swimming area with large sundeck and a
very small sandy beach, accessed by either path or by
panoramic lift.
Accommodation
All of the hotel rooms in the
main building have been refurbished in winter 2005/6 and are
all modern in design. All have wooden floors, bathrooms with
bath & shower, hairdryer, telephone, satellite television
(BBC World), safety deposit box, fridge (with 1 bottle of
water on arrival only) and air conditioning, with most rooms
having a balcony. Accommodation at the bungalows include the
club section which is made up of a serious of either 2 or 3
story bungalows spaced throughout the resort, all of which
have seen refurbishment in winter 2006/7. All these modern
designed bungalows are fitted with tiled floors, bathrooms
with showers, hairdryer, telephone, satellite television
(BBC World), safety deposit box, fridge (with 1 bottle of
water on arrival only) and air conditioning, with most rooms
having a balcony or a terrace. It is only in this club
section that the family rooms can be found (family rooms are
2 separate rooms with connecting door).
All Inclusive Food &
Drinks
The AI programme consists of
breakfast (07:30-10:00), late breakfast (10:00-11:00), lunch
(12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:30-21:30), all buffet style,
served in the main restaurant. A variety of snacks such as
hamburgers, chips and pizza is available between 12:00 &
16:00 at the pool bar, the beach bar and the Aqua bar as
well as midnight soup & snacks from 24:00-01:00. Tea time
with hot drinks, pastries and cookies is from 17:00-18:00 at
the Tea Garden (10:00-18:00). Locally produced alcoholic &
non-alcoholic drinks are served at the pool bar
(10:00-23:00), the pool bar Aqua (10:00-18:30), the lobby
bar (10:00-23:00), the beach bar (10:00-18:30) and the disco
bar (23:00-01:00).
All Inclusive Sport &
Entertainment
Sport & leisure facilities at
the hotel include disco, Turkish bath, sauna, fitness
centre, indoor pool, table tennis, TV room, four outdoor
swimming pools with kids sections (one with slides), tennis
court, mini football, basketball, a sandy volleyball pitch,
playground, mini disco (in the amphitheatre), mini club
(4-12yrs old), pedaloes & canoes by the sea, umbrellas and
sun beds. The entertainment team provides regular daily &
evening activities including theme nights with traditional
music and dancing.
Chargeable Extras
The three A la Carte
restaurants (19:30-22:30, Kebab, Fish, Italian), 24 hour
room service, safety deposit boxes, billiards, motorised
water sports (seasonal - jet ski, parasailing, banana boat,
water skiing), scuba diving, hairdresser, laundry, all
telephone calls, mini market, doctor (on call), nurse (on
site), games room, spa centre, massage, internet café, car
rental, post & fax services and photographer are available
at a charge.

Useful Information
Please note that although
there is lift access through the main building (Hotel
Section) and lift access down to the sea, due to the level
of the land, some people with walking difficulties may not
find the Club Section unsuitable and/or access into the sea
difficult. Some hotel facilities and times can be changed by
the management, depending on weather conditions, time of the
season (low season) and number of guests. International
check-in /check-out law means that rooms are booked from
midday to midday, not from guest’s arrival time at the
hotel. If you are on a night flight, keeping your room on at
the end of your stay maybe be possible, depending on
availability, but would incur a local charge paid to the

Over the winter this hotel
has finished a complete refurbishment of all rooms and is
now being run under new ownership with a complete new
management team. Due to the size and facilities this hotel
can offer, whether guests are looking for peace & quiet or
loud & active, this place guarantees something for
everyone to enjoy
