Description Toloman Bitez Park apartments are 150m away from the Toloman Hotel and have 44 total units in two parts. One part has 32 units and the other one 12. Accommodation All the units have one bedroom condos with a living room with two sofa-beds (pull-out), kitchen, telephone, air-conditioning (paid on the spot) and a bathroom with shower, WC and hair dryer. Each unit is approximately 32m2 and has a 6m2 balcony. They also have solar powered water heaters. Part A of Units The 32 units in the first part built as 8 blocks in a 4000m2 beautifully landscaped gardens. A large swimming pool with a kiddie pool is located in the central garden. The pool area contains a bar, a snack bar, seating areas, beach seats around the pool, and umbrellas. At the road side there is lobby, restaurant, and a little convenience store located for the customers. Safes and telephones are available in each condo. Part B of Units The other part contains 12 units. Its built in a 1250m2 garden with tangerine trees and has 3 blocks. Condos are same as the other part. For customers convenience there is a swimming pool, and a snack bar is also located on this side too. This side has a nice and quiet environment.
