Description

The Xanthe Resort is a real All Inclusive hotel providing everything a guest expects from a five star hotel. It is situated on the shore by a smalll river surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is a concept that enables parents and children to enjoy their holidays both together and seperately.

Accommodation

The hotel offers both twin rooms and family rooms. The rooms consist of the following amenities. A fully equipped bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. Satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, safe (extra charge), refrigerator, individually controlled air conditioning and balcony. The family rooms have the same amenities but in addition they have two seperate sleeping rooms. There is a double bed and bunk beds.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), late breakfast (10:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. The A la Carte restaurant Ottoman is at the disposal of the AI clients once per stay, upon reservation. Snacks are available between 14:30 & 16:30 as well as ice cream from 15:30-17:00. Tea & coffee time is from 15:30-17:00. At the Nomad Tent guests can have Turkish snack specialties. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks (by the glass) are served in all bars and restaurants between 10:00 & 24:00.

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include two sweet water pools (800 m2), separate children’s pool, sun umbrellas, sun decks and mattresses by the pool and at the beach, Turkish bath, sauna, fitness centre, indoor pool with jacuzzi and children section (150 m2), hammock area to be lazy, TV room, mini cinema for children (100pax, occasional), one tennis Court (quarzsand), tennis equipment, badminton, mini-tennis for children, darts, table tennis, volleyball, beach volleyball, basketball, archery, billiards, children animation, mini-club (6-12yrs), playground, Magician complex with 9 ž platform and different attractions as well as entertainment which includes animation, sport activities provided by the animation team, evening shows and different attractions in certain periods like live music or Turkish evening.

Chargeable Extras

The Wine house (65pax), games centre, floodlights for tennis, Buggys, water-sports like water-ski, parasailing, banana, jet-ski, etc (at the water-sports centre on the shore), shops, massage, hairdresser, in-room safety deposit boxes, fax service, daytime nurse and doctor on certain times are available at a charge.

Entry Requirements

You may obtain a multiple entry visitors visa valid for 90 days at the port of entry on payment of ten pounds sterling, cash (Scottish currency is not accepted).
