This is the user agreement which governs your use of the website www.lastminuteturkey.co.uk which is owned and operated by Turquoise Travel and Tours Ltd., a member of the lastminute.com and whose registered address is 31. Theobalds Road London WC1X 8SP . By using, viewing, transmitting, caching, storing or otherwise utilizing the Site, the services or functions offered in or by the Site and/or the contents of the Site in any way, you have agreed to each and all of the terms and conditions set forth below. If you have any questions, please contact reservations@lastminuteturkey.co.uk Please note that lastminuteturkey.co.uk acts as agent on behalf of each of the hotels for which it offers accommodation. Generally, by making a reservation on this site you enter into a contract with the hotel company itself rather than with lastminuteturkey.co.uk. Please note that lastminuteturkey.co.uk acts as agent only for each of the hotels to provide you with information on the hotels and an on-line reservation service. lastminuteturkey.co.uk's sole responsibility to you in providing the on-line reservation service is to pass your reservation details entered on the hotel. lastminuteturkey.co.uk shall not accept any liability for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur as a result of the incorrect processing of your reservation details by the hotel, or the accommodation service provided to you by the hotel. These Terms were last updated on 28th May 2002. lastminuteturkey.co.uk aims to provide you with an online booking and reservation website for hotel accommodation.

2. Responsibility and Age top
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use this Site in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. You agree:
2.1 to be financially responsible for all use of this Site (as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation minors living with you);
2.2 not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights pursuant to this Agreement;
2.3 to supervise all usage by minors of this Web site under your name or account; and 2.4 that you shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of this Site.

Prices, restrictions and availability of goods and services may change without notice and reservations are subject to applicable taxes and fees.By completing the information boxes and clicking 'confirm' on the reservation page you are entering into a contract with lastminuteturkey.co.uk for the provision of all the services of the Site, including the publication of pricing, availability and other information concerning available hotel rooms (the "Services"), on the terms set out herein. Unless otherwise agreed or specified, lastminuteturkey.co.uk does not charge Users any fee for the provision of its Services.You may withdraw from your contract with lastminuteturkey.co.uk for the Services at any time without any cost to you by notifying us at reservations@lastminuteturkey.co.uk

6. Contract to purchase hotel services top
Any reservations you make on this site will be directly with the company whose hotel services you are booking. At the time of making any such reservation you are entering into a contract with that company and not with lastminuteturkey.co.uk. If you use the lastminuteturkey.co.uk online booking facility on the Site particular terms and conditions regarding availability, prices and cancellation may apply to each rate quoted and you should read carefully the rate details that are provided before proceeding to the ["confirm" section]. Each hotel has certain rules relating to the occupancy of its rooms. Any special needs must be notified to the hotel in advance. Some hotels may have additional terms and conditions. 7. User Conduct top
The reservation system on the Site is provided solely to permit Users to determine the availability of services and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with suppliers, and for no other purposes. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase of any third party supplier which are notified to you before you make such purchase. The name, address and other information (including payment data if applicable) that you provide via this Site, together with information regarding the manner in which you use this Site will be used by lastminuteturkey.co.uk in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Turquoise rates the hotels we feature on our website are determined solely by the opinions of the management of lastminuteturkey.co.uk. Their opinions are based on experience, knowledge and customer feedback. Where the official rating of the hotel is known, this will be published in addition to our own star rating and it will clearly state "Official Rating".
